OK, so...
Over the last 4 months, or so, I've been working at a great company, I've been considering transitioning since my therapist gave me the ok to start hormones, and things have been ok.
EXCEPT FOR ROOMMATES!

They have been loud every night so that I can't enjoy reading anything, its very jarring when they are being so loud when I might actually be able to immerse myself in something I enjoy(something I've only ever done 7 times...)
I've tried turning up the volume on my computer to its max and I can still here them.

When we moved into this apartment, we made an agreement to clean the pots and pans of the food if we don't contribute toward making the food if we eat the food(reasonable right?).
So, I made some Japanese style curry for us, and a guest (who I NEVER said I'd cook for, nor did I know was coming at all) The one who did not contribute at all, never cleaned any of the pots, pans, forks, spoons, knives, or utensils.

I made some macaroni and cheese for the both of us, and the one who REQUESTED that I cook for him denied cleaning it saying he doesn't remember the event at all!!!

They've both told me to shut the F up when I show my frustrations at them not being respectful enough to calm down some, and they've talked about me behind my back quite a few times when they thought I was asleep!
Not to mention guilt tripping me a TON!

My roommates (really apartment mates) are my brother and his friend (also a former friend of mine, or at least I don't consider him a friend anymore) And what was forced today, tops it off...
I was basically forced to pay the entire rent a full $1,210 or an eviction in 3 days notice.

The former friend and I had a very brief conversation about it and he wanted me to pay the late fees(yes late fees because THEY DIDN"T PAY THE RENT!) when I had not only picked it all up, but payed not only my share of rent, but also the electrical bill via attaching my bank account(and not saving it) to the electrical bill pay account as well as the internet bill.

So I've payed a combined 1500! and he wanted me to pay more....
That's a full 1200 more than I should be paying.

Can anyone offer some recommendations?
I've tried talking with them, I've tried throwing a hissy fit, I've tried explaining to them why I want them to calm down(at 2AM at that)I've tried showing them that I want to be able to listen to music(I can't get headphones for immersion, I can FEEL them in my ears and it takes away from the immersion), and I was told thats the stupidest thing that he had ever heard, and to be more tolerant!

I really don't know what to do, save for moving out.

I would honestly say that you are stuck in a toxic environment. If you can get out of it then do that because they are only hurting you even if one of them is your brother.

I checked with my landlords today and asked if I could get into a lower room count apartment(in this case 2, because they don't have 1 bed apartments)
they said the only way out, is if I talk them into letting me go.
Which they won't.....And if I outright leave, I have to pay 2,000 for rent.

How can they make you pay 2000 for rent? They "your brother and friend" could take you to court but if you have proof of the situation for a judge to see as to why you had to leave then they would have to side with you as what you have explained is a toxic living environment. Document this stuff on video as much as possible.

The lazy so-and-sos are taking advantage of your good nature. The only way to stop them from doing this is to stand up and say 'No!'.

From what you're saying about your landlord, it sounds like you've signed some paperwork to be at least in part responsible for the bills. Are you the primary leaseholder for this apartment? In other words, is your name the main one on the lease?

If you are the primary leaseholder, tell your brother and his friend that they have to shape up or ship out. Tell them that they're in your home, and their presence will only be tolerated on your terms. And if they don't like those terms, tell them you're giving them 2 weeks (or whatever) to find a new place to stay.

If you're not the primary leaseholder, and it's all 3 of you on the lease, tell your brother and his friend that if they don't mend their ways pronto, you'll give your landlord the required notice that you're moving out and you'll find somewhere else to stay because their behaviour is making this an unhealthy environment for you. If they can't afford the place by themselves, that's not your problem.

Oh, and tell them that since you've paid 1200 more than you should've done, the next 1200 worth of bills are entirely their responsibility, and you expect to see receipts showing that they've been paid in full and on time.

And if you're doing the cooking but they're not cleaning up as agreed, simply don't cook the next meal until the dishes have been done. They'll learn.

I didn't explain it very well, I'm sorry.
They being the apartment complex, would make me pay 2,000$ as a breaking the lease.
In addition to that, the roommates have to agree.
in regards to the other stuff, I've been keeping logs already but mainly in text.

I agree with you, I have not cooked for either of them since then, as for the next 1200 in bills, I don't have that option, as I pay the internet bill, which is a total of $40 or so. Not paying the internet would do more harm than good, same for the electricity bill, and thats IF they went with it, if they didn't, it would be worse.
Rent, they absolutely won't go with it.
My name is on the lease, and as such I am legally obligated to pay my share of the lease.
As for saying that I'm leaving, I already have. My brother is fine, he doesn't want me to go, his friend though is a jerk, a BIG jerk(would like to refrain from cursing.) And I WANT to kick them both out or find a place of my own, unfortunately though...

The roommate that is causing issues argued with me at paying back all of the rent I payed to me, he specifically said that I would be paying the late fine, and he wouldn't. I argued saying that I payed the electrical bill, and he didn't, and I forcibly removed my share from the rent, and he said I only payed 180, and that evens out to my paying the appropriate amount, if not slightly more, for rent. He then went on to say he'd get me the $1000, but that he needs something to live on, so he won't pay back the rest for a while(if at all, I think). So from what I can tell, neither of them are capable of paying $2000 each to leave the lease, and neither am I.
I do have an amount that I can pay, but thats a biiiiig "can" I can, but it'd be a very dangerous move on my part and likely cause me to experience more harm than good, in addition to that...The roommates need to legally agree to let me off the lease to let me leave....
