Ok, this might sound a little silly, but here goes. I took a break from my therapy because my wife and I want a second kid. The current plan is to wait until 2015 so she can get pregnant, and then restart my therapy about midway through the pregnancy. That puts my HRT starting about midway through the year.
So, my desire is to have long hair, about midway down my back. My hair has always grown quickly (about 2-3 months to full length), but my full length is still not very long, and tends to be hard to control at times. I have a bad cowlick in the back.
My question is will my hair grow faster and longer once I start HRT? Several people, including my wife and mom, who both know, are bugging me to get a haircut. I figure to try and grow it as much as possible now, and I've done a lot of work to keep it under control.
Any opinions? Thoughts? Personal experiences?

I took many insults to my appearance from my mother in law(used to be married.) In the end the negative people don't run my life. For me it's more like 5 years for my hair to grow out to full length, I'd take a great deal of distress at cutting it off since I don't know how many more full heads of hair I will get in life.
