I don't believe needles are actually regulated, you should be able to just request and buy them. I certainly have in the past.

Oh on the subject of CVS I had a small supplemental scrip(ht related) to fill for 90 days. CVS wanted a ridiculous amount like $48 for the scrip with insurance. I declined. Since I had a friend with me I said watch this: I went to Walmart and filled my 90 day generic estrodiol, no insurance involved, for $10. My friends jaw just about dropped having observed this whole proccess. Basically CVS tried to pocket my copay of $48 and whatever they could have leached from my insurance.

I have heard more than a few stories about CVS. Our city just got one but I'm sticking with Walgreen's.

I have heard bad stories re: CVS and T. My T comes from a compounding pharmacy so I'm not having this issue. But in fairness I have to say my local CVS has been good in other ways. For instance, they fill my prescriptions in my legal name even though the insurance is in my old name (long story).
