Up until early this summer, I would have said that I was going to be under 5 feet tall for the rest of my life. I'm now between 5'2 and 5'3, and I seem to still have more growth left in me. This was after being told time and time again for years that I was absolutely done with growth. Make sure you get plenty of rest, avoid caffeine, and eat a diet with proper nutrients- meaning that if you do not get much sunlight, taking Vitamin D as a supplement may be a good idea. Make sure to have that and calcium tested, since you need those for skeletal growth and development. Also, try to avoid stress, and don't automatically assume that you're going to stay at your current height forever, since you are still going through puberty.
