Well... for me, mine does look exactly like a penis at this point (just scaled down) and ALL of the time. There is nothing 'clit' about it. I don't know specifically when that happened but it did and it's getting larger still. Sorry, I just didn't and don't spend a lot of time looking at it (typically, a little in the shower every so often and because... I don't know why. I just do sometimes).
I'd inadvertently seen my dad's when I was a kid (my fault, I walked in on him in the bathroom; busted door locks can be awkward things) and he isn't lacking. So that probably does explain why mine couldn't pass as a 'large clit' even when flaccid.
Evidently they can still grow more over several years even when they'd stopped for a time. The size increases there were one of my first changes and for me they happened quite fast. The rate of my body hair changes indicates I have a decent DHT level, so that's also undoubtedly a part of that too. I don't think it is Testosterone that causes the downstairs growth for anyone (if that were true, they'd get fairly sizable before official puberty). Nope, I'm sure its the DHT. So PERHAPS a blocker for that...
If you're going to take T, make no mistakes. It will cause manly characteristics all over unless you're insensitive to it. You'll largely skip right over the slower boy stuff and go right into the man stuff. If you can't handle that, then I would hardly recommend T. But that's your decision and your right... but just really think carefully about that first. There really is no picking and choosing what will or will not change. On the other hand, a very low dose MIGHT be enough for what you want without a lot of the things you don't... then again you would need to consult with a competent Endo about that.
My most undesired change was a cleft full of hair. Well, it happened. In spades (think Velcro). I actually developed an emphatically full pelt (I swear even my chest hair will meet my beard at the neck when it finishes filling out. I can already see some of them doing just that). I just wish it wasn't THERE. BUT... I understood going in it was inevitable and it's not really THAT bad. It's just the getting used to it. And really, it doesn't bother me nearly so much to even consider having it ripped out or some other crazy thing like that lol.
At any rate, my TT before I'd started synthetic was 69.5 ng/dL (understand, that had been my natural level for quite a time beforehand. That level x time is why it did that to my voice but without changing much of anything else; well, apart from higher muscle mass but those were it) and my voice was low enough to pass for around a 15 year old boy (it had begun to crack and make an annoying "clicking" thing at times). That's not a hell of a lot compared to what it is now (800 ng/dL at 7 days). And also, if you stopped, you may just be stuck with a jackass sounding voice (I mean a literal donkey-noise). That's what happens on T until it really settles and that won't happen if you stop it before. That would personally drive me insane for the rest of my life. But as ever, YMMV.
