I believe that it is a delicate balance and that sympathy and/or empathy are part of the support process

The ability to sympathize and/or empathize is a large part of understanding the problem and therefore lends to being able to offer viably supportive advise

I also feel that it is important to be able to recognize the difference between a 'sympathy hound' and a person who is actually seeking helpful advise with whatever the problem may be

It is also important to realize that not everyone is going to understand and/or agree with the advise given by another and that there could be a variety of reasons for that
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

I had a very good conversation with a friend of mine tonight, about our desires for placement and/or memorials after we die.

I have a peculiar sense of my death, and am particular about where I want my ashes to be put, but had no one whom I could trust with even the information, let alone the process.

This difficulty is now resolved.

You have to figure out what the walls are made of...what's keeping you inside?

Once you know...you can work on dismantling the closet.

And here I was going to offer a fire axe.

Anyone else sometimes think WTF am I doing as changes kick in?

Don't get me wrong but I had a thought about this today.
So long and thanks for all the fish

Jen, pretty much every day! But the thing is, I used to think that before I even contemplated HRT and transition too...

Thanks girls

It is nice to know a WTF moment is completely normal. :D
I do have a tendency to overthink everything.

Should have seen me when I bought my current place.

You just confused me because you said WTF and Jenny said WTF so I thought you repeated yourself but you didn't. >.<

My dad gave me this giant friggin freezer today, I have no idea what to do with it. I tried telling him I didn't want it, but he gave it to me anyways. I have no place to put it, and the only thing I have frozen right now is a bag of blueberries. I don't need a freezer. . . I guess I'll just throw it in the bathroom and try to pretend its not there.  :-\

I'm thinking about how I want to proceed with my transition and start becoming more feminine in the work place and in general life, such as with clothes make up, polish, ect.

Also, thinking about my home server's webpage based interface and debating whether or not it is good enough to call it done for the layout. There is something about it I don't like, such as the tabs and the main title bar.

It's difficult to draw while listening to a good song and when it hits the chorus you can't help but to dance while sitting. @_@
Damn you, Taeyang.
