Can T Make You Lose Girly Stomach Fat?

So, most people know that women carry more fat on their bodies, and it tends to lay in the stomach area, which is why it seems to be hard for girls to have abs.
I'm really curious if Testosterone can make that girly stomach fat go away or go elsewhere or something. I'm kind of chubby and most of the fat is on my stomach, and I seriously hate it. So I wanna know if taking T will help lower that fat to muscle ratio or whatever to help get rid of some of that extra fat, so I can at least have a semi-flat stomach. Or will I have to do something like liposuction? I cannot go and physically excercize due to breathing problems, a bad right ankle, and no way to work out at home. Which would make me have to go out to a gym or something. And I have terrible social anxiety. So that rules that option out.
Anyone know of any good diet pills that would work instead if T can't do the trick?
If only everyone spoke the language of my mind~

It will, if you do physical exercise.  Male fat, in my experience with it, is almost indefinitely collected in the belly.  However, it is much easier for you to lose it physically on T than not.

Actually, female fat tends to distribute rather than localize in the belly region as male fat does. Just about every guy I know who is on T had body fat redistribute TO the belly, not away from it. But some guys gain fat on T and some lose. You'll have to see what happens for you.

By the way, my ankle became much better after I had lost some weight, and my shortness of breath improved with light exercise--I did some walking (not too much at one time) and some cycling on a stationary bike. The bike was great because I could adjust the resistance to accommodate my ankle, and I could do the workout in my own living room for as short or as long a period as I wanted. No driving to the gym, no monthly dues, no outsiders jeering, no worry about changing rooms or showers.

But I should point out that I don't have asthma or anything like that.

Yeah, stomach fat is really not a "girly" thing. T is not going to get rid of it on its own, you'll have to be eating healthily as well. You can do a lot with just diet - it's really more important than exercise when it comes to just looks. Exercise is very important for health though, so I'd recommend talking to your doctor about what might work for you.

Water is good!

Even better, diluted fruit juice. It lets you have a constant but low level of sugars. It helps you feel a LOT less hungry.

It does have to be 'no sugar added' juices to work.

Don't think stomach fat is "girly" or there wouldn't be so many men with beer guts. My stomach fat moved up a bit, but yes stomach fat is hard to lose. I have lost around an inch but after a lot of work and low sugar in the diet.

Girls don't tend to have abs because they don't grow the muscles as easily as guys, and for many, nor do they wish for that. It's not because they carry fat there. Men are more likely to be apple shaped with their fat distribution, which is actually the least favourable fat distribution in terms of health. It's rare for women to have this type of fat distribution; they tend to be more pear or hourglass shaped.

So will T make you lose girly stomach fat? Well no, because that's not girly fat, that's guy fat. On T you will start to have fat in the stomach instead of chest and/or hips/butt!

Stomach fat is usually the last to go when trying to lose fat so you'd need to train hard to achieve that. Also reduce calorie intake. T does make you stronger and increases muscle mass, reduces overall body fat (the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest).

If you can't do cardio, weightlifting is the other option. If  you have free weights you can train at home.

Once guys are on T they 'should' find that defining there body is easy because of the propensity to build muscle and have a more active metabolism.

That is one reason that girls are told to exercise to lose weight prior to AA as they will find it easier.

If this helps, once on E, I became proud of my body and wanted to look good, so I was motivated to put in the hard hours in the gym to have a toned feminine body.

You guys are the same, be proud and decide to look after your bodies. Make the decision to get to the gym and work it. I was told recently that I was lucky to be thin and taut, I was lucky to have the genes to be so. I replied that my 'genes' are a healthy diet and 6 hours a week in the gym. Both of my parents were large and overweight (and lovely) but they had no concept of exercise.

Yes it is hard work, but not as hard as being transgender and hating what I looked like.

On the contrary (as stated before) men are the ones who have more fat in the abdominal region, while for women it distributes more to the hips and thighs. Testosterone might make it easier for you to gain muscle but people really need to stop treating it like it's magic. If you don't eat right and exercise regularly you're not going to change for the better. If you've always been out of shape and accustomed to eating junk food and being lazy, T wont magically turn you into Captain America.

And not to sound harsh but breathing problems, a bad ankle, and social anxiety are not excuses to be fat. Jerome Bettis was a professional NFL player and he had sever asthma since he was a teenager. Tyler Carron lost his legs in an automobile accident but  he's competed in bodybuilding competitions and is a member of the USA's national sled hockey team. It's safe to say you wont be doing anything as strenuous as them just to lose some weight. There's also a million exercises you can do at home without equipment. Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, wall sits, lunges, calf raises-I could go on all day.

If you want it you'll find a way, if you don't you'll make excuses.

I agree that the motivation to work out and get on a better diet came with finding out who I actually was, and liking it. Nothing like a healthy self-esteem to help out. The T was an added benefit as it helps you gain muscle.
