So I have been researching the FFS market for quite a while now, and I've got a problem choosing the right one, I hope You girls can help me out.

FACE: I want to have my jaw and chin shaved to feminise it and create a V-shape. Lip-lift, lip-augmentation (skin-graft). Canthopexy (I want my eyes to look kind of like that: http://i42.tinypic.com/2hye17d.png I know the doctor won't achieve the exact same effect but still, I am in contact with dr Chet about it, and also contacted FemiLife)
BREASTS: I want to have them augmented, and if possible, I would like to have my nipples moved closer (I'm in contact with dr Chet about it and also contacted FemiLife)
REST: I also wanted to have my hips and butt done, but from what I can see only Lazaro Cardenas can do hip augmentation... Correct me if I'm wrong.

Chettawut would perform much of these procedures (apart from hip-augmentation), but he is kind of expensive, and I am not sure if he can do the canthopexy...
FemiLife's results are not that great. I mean, I think their results are quite subtle and they play a lot with pictures and lighting set-up, to enhance the results, which I think is very unfair.
Cardenas' faces look kinda weird, and unnatural (I know I want canthopexy and it's not gonna look natural at all,but I dont know, cardenas faces are just kinda bizarre), and he is also expensive...

I'm kind of trying to re-think my attitude towards femilife... Maybe they would do much of these surgeries, I am still waiting for a reply from them.

Tell me what You girls think,
I'll keep you updated,
x

frankly if you think cardenas, chettawut are expensive and femilife are not that great, im sorry to be the bearer of the bad news but you wont be able to afford anyone else since these are the cheapest on the market of FFS and trans related surgeries.

Actually Chettawut is a a bit more expensive than Cardenas and Femilife. Roughly 1.5-2x the cost of those. Still cheaper than U.S. surgeons though.

I know that comparing to US and UK prices, Chettawut is really cheap, but Femilife is pretty much halfprice, although their results are not that great. Do you know anyone who had their surgery there apart from what they put on their site?

I went to Thailand for a consultation with Dr Chet 2 years ago and found his prices very expensive, in fact he was the most expensive of all. Dr Cardenas did all my procedures in August 2013, for 10 thousand pounds [15 thousand U.S Dollars at that time]. There are even cheaper surgeons in Thailand than Dr. Cardenas, but your taking a really big chance with those ones and they are only known amongst the "ladyboy" community.d

Well price does play a role in the choices we all make but i prefer to stay on this side of the pond. i have more fun post op and get pampered extra with after care. plus the flight to thailand is so....long. i kinda feel like you can get good result on this side of the pond. and central and south american FFS surgeons are pretty darn good. but if you dont read spanish or visit websites written in spanish reviewing their results and seeing their involvement with communities can be hard. so i guess thats a big con for the non spanish speakers

I spoke with both dr Chett and Cardenas and I'll be having my jaw, chin, addam's apple and breasts done with dr Chettawut, as I think he is better at it than dr Cardenas (in the sense that Chettawut has got more experience shaving addam's apples, and he also knows how to place the breast implant beautifully on a male body), and I'll be having the rest done with dr Cardenas :D It's great he is doing hips-augmentation!

Wishing you all the best and a warning concerning the canthopexy. Be very careful to insure that who ever you ask to do the procedure has plenty of experience as if it goes wrong you are in deep trouble. See here to understand the détails of the procedure : http://facialfeminization.eu/procedures/canthoplasty-lifting-corner-eye/
To minimize the risk of sutures not holding Dr Van de Ven actually bores a small hole in the orbital rim and attaches the lower canthal tendon to these holes. I don't know if many or any other surgeons proceed in this manner.

As the outside corners of my eyes slope slightly downwards, he wanted to do this procedure on me but I declined the proposal as I considered that the risks outweighed the benefits, all the more so as it will also make your eyes look somewhat smaller.
Hugs
Donna

To be honest canthoplasty is the surgery I most dread... I don't think dr Cardenas got plenty of experience doing it, and my first fear is the result, I want a subtle yet quite significant lift at the outer corner, it's easy to go crazy, and my second fear is that this surgery is very invasive... At the end of the day it's Mexico, but I've spoken  and seen results of quite a couple of girls who had their surgeries with dr Cardenas and it's very, very good! So at one hand I'm scared because the prices are cheap, it's Mexico, the doctor hasn't got thousands of reviews, and on the other hand I've seen beautiful results, his consultation crew is giving me a lot of information etc... Maybe I should do canthoplasty with someone else? Hmm! I really don't know.

your right to be scared. i mean its kinda a big surgery but he has quite a bit of ortho experience between him and the other surgeons on his team. and god forbid somethind did go wrong you have two major hospitals close by that can handle your case. the man has alot of pull there ;)
and as far as the review thing goes. i even try to get people to post reviews with pics or video but they all either wanna be stealth or dont want people to know they had surgery in mexico. a little silly but i can understand their concern with people knowing either way

I have a friend who had some FFS done with Dr. Cardenas and was nothing but pleased, and is headed back for some more. In total, she'd have spent in the $8000 neighborhoor for FFS and a liposuction. I plan to do what I need with him as well, hopefully, if all goes well, over the summer. The flight to Mexico is in the $500 range round trip, but I'd expect Thailand to be in the $1000-1200 range.
Hey, you've reached Lauren's signature! If you have any questions, want to talk, or just need a shoulder to cry on, leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.
