Hey everyone I thought I'd just share this as it really made my day today and I wasn't expecting it. I don't really go out too often and this was the first time something like this has ever happened to me!
So, during the afternoon I was heading up the elevator to my music lesson for guitar when this woman said to her child "watch out for the lady". I was really surprised and really happy at the same time as I am pre-everything at the moment and I wasn't even trying to present as female. She did take another glance at me and apologized for saying "lady" and it did sort of upset me as I felt like that was the appropriate word but obviously she didn't intentionally mean it. Also, we did end up having a nice little chat so I'm pretty sure my voice itself gave it away, haha. Nonetheless, this really gives me hope that I'll one day be able to pass as female and just be me!
