I am now in the process of booking my FFS and I have one worry. My therapist and some sisters tell me that the chin reduction is the most prone to problems - especially loss of sensation that does not recover much over time. I don't have a strong male chin and I could do without the chin reduction but while you are under I should do it all???. I'm having a lift, brow bossing and rhino for sure. Any experiences or help would be great. Thank you
When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.

If you don't need a chin reduction then it doesn't much matter if you're going to be under already or not. I've heard the same complications about chin work but can't say I've done any research. Sorry I can't offer more I just want to encourage you to get only what you feel you need. If there is a significant risk with the chin and you don't need it then...

Rather than the size, It's the shape of the end of your chin - and that is as important as the size being the masculine/feminine determiner / If your chin rounds off succinctly or 'squares off' (masculine). You should put on your photographs into Photoshop and do some experimentation with the liquify tool. I have a very small jawline and chin that fit feminine proportions, and when I experiment with the liquefy tool round off the squaring it makes a dramatically feminizing difference to my overall face.

I will try photoshop. The surgeon recommended it and there is little additional cost its just the worry of loss of sensation. Thank you
