Does anyone know if hormone blockers can be gotten without a therapist's recommendation? I haven't been able to think since I was twelve, thirteen, and this has only been getting worse throughout the years, and I'm terrified at failing out of my classes because of this. I'm still going through puberty, presumably, so it might be a bit too late, but I'll take the adverse effects of blocking estrogen production until I can get something better going through my system if it clears out the ever-present mind fog.
