Hi.

I am born biological female. I have always been very masculine, (and I am not sure if I am transgender, but I am having problem with my gender given at birth.)

My question is: Are some female and males born with a higher estrogen/testosterone lvl than avarage?
I think I have a high lvl of T in my body. I have big feet, and I also have hair where other girls don't.  I got hair under my chin, and under my belly button. I also got some on my feet(it's a little spot where it grows hair).  My hair is not dark under the belly button, but light under my chin and on my feet.

Yeah, I have a high T level as well and I know a lot of other ftms do too but I don't it has anything to do with being trans*.

You should get your levels checked by a doctor. You might have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). It's relatively common (I think I read something like 10% of women have PCOS to some degree). It can cause your hormone levels to get out of whack and the extra T will cause all those things you're describing.
