Ok embarassing as it might be, this is a very serious question for me cos I always had this sexual fantasy and I really need to know this before I do damage to my future neo-vagina.

Any post-ops out there can answer me if you can be double-penetrated vaginally + if they also can be penetrated both in vagina and anal at the same time?

I don't see why not for anal and vaginal.

I have never heard of any prohibition against doing this.

Hi Evolving Beauty.  I actually asked my surgeon this!  And he said it'd not be a problem so long as you aren't too frantic!   
I would still recommend exercising caution in this, especially since our vaginae are not quite as elastic as a GG's.

Same issue of dilation, if you don't keep it up then you'll close slowly.

Think of our vaginas like ear gauges.... they will stretch to a point (dilate) and then not really shrink back again once stretched. Soooo if it even were possible to dilate wide enough to accommodate even a small person's hand/fist, it would stay that loose permanently, more or less. Which sounds like a horrible thing (just in my opinion).

For me personally, it *does* shrink back - when I skip too many days with dilation (I'm supposed to, it's the time to start weaning myself down to only once a week) the first thing I notice as a hint that I took too long off is things getting tighter. I've never lost depth, but the widest dilator is a strain for the first minute or two!

Yes, double-penetration is possible - just not for me for psychological reasons (was anally raped as a teen).

Fisting is indeed possible but takes a LOT of working up to it and a very patient partner! Don't ask me how I know  Being fisted doesn't seem to have much effect on tightness - been fisted (incredible feeling!!!!) and still tight for PIV sex.

I wouldn't know but I have been told by my surgeon that potentially we can increase our width by using bigger dilators, so presumably the same logic would mean yes.  But then a fist is much bigger than even a considerably bigger dilator....I would not do anything, if I were you, without the express permission of your surgeon first.

The way it works with standard-issue cis equipment or anal penetration (and I only have first-hand experience with the latter) is that muscles, not mucosa are responsible for tightness.  As long as those muscles are stretched without tearing and scarring (very bad!) looseness is temporary.  No more than a few minutes, typically less than one, for even the smooth muscle to return to resting dimensions.

What does change, quite noticeably, is one's ability to relax and take - hmm, not too much detail...  Dilators intimidate me not by size ( pictures would be inappropriate, may this express mild derision ) but the fact they're made of hard plastic. (Mad respect there.  Would. Not. Want.)

If the construction technique is good enough, capacity without looseness is certainly possible.  In theory.  I don't know about specific techniques, and once the dilators get to the size of soda cans...

I think I'll hide in the corner and whimper.  Just imagining.

I have not had my grs but just the thought of being double penetrated is really hot!  hopefully when my day does come and I become fully healed I will be able to do that and then some!

Something recommended by a friend of mine, is get two toys that are a good size and then insert one in to your butt, then slowly and gently insert the second into your vagina. If it's comfortable and you aren't in pain then you know that it's possible with two penises which are gonna be softer and more flexible then the toys are.

Seems like a bad idea, I have looked at my bone structure based on CT scans. I have 92mm bone to bone front to back. I don't think there is room for all that.

Theres harder to take things, such as knots(if you don't know don't ask) or overly large toys when trying to up your size too fast.

I've heard of bone-to-bone limits reached - safely even.  They're far, far beyond garden-variety DP.
