Normal cis women are so lucky, they handle a purse like there is nothing to it. Even though I've dressed & "been" a woman most of my life I'm still not normal with carrying a purse. What size do I need? a little clutch or big shoulder strap huge bag? Do I carrying everything or just the essentials for the day? Color?, should it match outfit or just whatever bag I feel like using. Is it worth it to purchase expensive brand name bags?...........

No gun or anything mean. It's sad that so many of us need protection.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

Ok this one is fun.

what's in my purse? Well a wallet, lipstick, pocket knife, mirror, nail clippers, nail file, phone, sunglasses, and finally the most important thing is if I don't feel like carrying it on me my gun will be in my purse.

PS umm tampon? can someone explain that one to me? I mean umm ok....... I have a vagina and I don't ever need a tampon.

I carry a purse in "girl mode".

Here we are, it's heavy!

Steno notepad with some folded up papers in it (use this for work)
Colgate Wisp mini-brush with freshening bead
Modella make-up bag (contents: eye shadow, Burt's bees wax lip balm, liquid concealer, 2 lipsticks, 2 mascaras, glasses wipes, non-liquid concealer, 2 lipliners, compact mirror, steel nail file, cuticle cutter, tweezers, 2 eyeliners)
Some old receipts (which are now being thrown away)
Ear buds
Wallet
Coin purse
2 packs of gum
Lipstick brushes
2 pens
Oh, an apple
Powdery make-up stuff (I forget what it's called)
Underscarf
Small container of pins
Cell phone
And "the cup"

My biggest purse problem is that I tend to forget it in shopping carts.  :-\

You carry one for when a girlfriend is in need. :)

I love nice purses however I spend so much time picking out just the right one & moving all my things. If the colors do not match some I feel really uncomfortable. No idea why?? Maybe I should buy a new big black one & just carrying everything.

Used to be tissues, phone, keys, makeup, lip balm, wallet, old receipts, misc things. Now I have a smaller purse with enough room for wallet, phone, tablet, fruity smelling and sanitizer, ChapStick, stylus, and keys. And I have to squeeze it all in. It's for boy mode though lol. Gotta get a larger one.

Let's see:
Lipstick, powder and brush, lip gloss, hand sanitizer, moisturizer, hairbrush,  nail file, tweezers, wallet, keys, notepad and pen, and cell phone. If I need to change somewhere else, I may bring my whole makeup kit with me in there.
Hey, you've reached Lauren's signature! If you have any questions, want to talk, or just need a shoulder to cry on, leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.

Tomorrow there will be "Exacta-Med" cream in my purse to use 45 minutes before seeing my electrolysis for the 4th visit.

I will sure be one very Happy Girl (I'll dance in the middle of main street in a pink too too) when I do not have to carry this stuff ever again in my purse.

I told my electrolysis lady about my promise to dance in a pink too too after all my hair was zapped. She just laughed & laughed & kept zapping away. That was so funny.
