So, I was wondering... I know what is nipple size in cis-females, so... do we get the same, eventually? I mean, they are about 2x/3x times bigger than before it all started, but still... not ever hardly comparable with cis-female size... Umm... anyone?

Mine are 11mm-12mm. I think they started out microscopic pre-HRT.

Wow... Mine are about 4-5 mm... Can I ask for how long time You have been on HRT?

i think I have about 10mm. Plus aureolas that are freaking huge - like 10 cm or so.

Even more "wow" :) Fun things ahead then? :)

Mine are 1 & 1/4 inches in diameter. Will the nipple size actually increase? That would be great!

3 months HRT & some Fin.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

Are we speaking about nipples or aureolas here? ;)

Mine are like 1.5-ish inches. With the nipples (annoyingly they only respond to cold) being maybe 1/4" when they show up.

But... there's a range. A wide wide range.
Don't lose who you are along the path to who you want to be.

Aureolas, sorry, I should have stated that.

I bet You wish those were nipples, though ;)

How does that come that all those boobies' threads get a LOT of attention INSTANTLY? :) :) :)

At Thanksgiving dinner yesterday all I could think about was breasts. My one woman cousin my age has D or DD big breasts, huge. The women on both sides of my family had huge breasts. I've got a feeling the same is going to happen to me. It will be interesting by spring time if I'm not ready to live 100% full time.

Boobs are important, Emely :)

My aureola size is 4-5 inches, that is almost too much ;)
Breast size did not keep up with it though :(

I find it funny - its a unique problem that no one i know of here in Germany ever faces - to grow breasts with HT before being out and "fulltime". Here you have to be fulltime to get HT or you do DIY which is the only way to not be fulltime and have breasts - which is a bd situation in several spects I guess ;)

I think most trans women end up with the nipple and areola size that they would have had if they'd developed as girls, much like breast size; I haven't measured mine, but the nipples are about 4X the size they were when I started, and areolae more like 10X the size.

(My wife is a 36J, with corresponding nipples and areolae, so I swear I'm always going to feel small by comparison!)

cis women have a wide range of nipple/areola sizes, and it's the same for transwomen

Having been involved with naturism over the years (yep, I've been a nudist in my varied past, lapsed for the time being) - I have seen many, many, many breasts... all shapes, sizes, ages, etc. I can vouch for Oriah, there's no standard nipple or areola size and breast size is no predictor - I've seen massive areola on small breasts, tiny, almost non-existent areola on massive breasts. I found that breasts were as distinctive and individual as faces.

Not sure how big mine are exactly but they are definitely starting to look like girl nipples!

Oh, totally this! Boobies are indeed important and they are important for You are being perceived either. I have some sort of informed consent arrangement with my endo, so at least I get checked medically. But the whole concept of being full time just keeps mistifying and terrifying me. Like, there is a group of multidisciplinary experts which should decide whether I am transsexual or not (and I hope this does not involve being locked up for in-patient expertise in mental hospital anymore...), but I have no idea how they can verify "the existence of stable transsexual personality for two years (F64.0)" without some RLT? And even if they dont - they simply issue a paper with diagnosis and that's it - the State has fulfilled its obligations. From that perspective, if there are things we are better on our own - like getting the HRT and DIY FT/RLT without being pushed or monitored, then perhaps the State should just ignore out existence totally instead of making our lives more complicated?  :)

I personally think, a good timeline is to start HRT and then be out and ask to be socially accepted in the proper gender once the HRT has had some months time to have an effect and then they can do their two year evaluation if they like. Thats how I did it and I liked that approach - get HRT, a few weeks later do what they call "fulltime" or "RLE" - for me it was just happening as I went along. Then went to the psychs for evaluation for a year and then got my letters for name change and SRS. I would not want to have to deal with either - being in "RLT" without HRT nor being on HRT and have to present as male for many months or years after...
