Hey there, I was curious if anyone had any tips for reducing chest size? Or any outlandish success stories? I was on a quest to see if I could get rid of them without surgery, even if it required a high octane athletic lifestyle. I like doing body experiments so I had fun with this one. However, I was slapped on Adderall for a while for unrelated issued with ADHD (luckily off that now) but I was at 10% body fat and weighed less than 100 lbs (5' 2") and still had them at a noticeable degree. All of the sites I saw online mentioned losing weight but I was wearing size 3s like prison pants and that didn't do the trick. Is it possible or has anyone else accomplished it? This might seem like a silly question but this is what internet forums are for! lol.

you can eliminate the appearance of boobs by gaining a lot of muscle and using testosterone if you look at female body builders the only ones who look like they have breasts are the ones with obvious fake breasts. thats because they have a ton of muscle and they abuse steroids like crazy which is another contributor to the muscle.

Truthfully, being on testosterone has reduced my chest size. If you have a large chest while having very little body fat (10% is pretty low) then the cause is probably breast tissue and some fat. I don't think that can be changed easily.
