body fat redistribution, timelines?

I was wondering if anyone who's been on t for awhile (like 5+ years) can tell me what sort of changes they saw, and when? Like, during what period did the most change happen, and has your body reached a point where it's as
'masculinised' as it's going to get, and fat distribution isn't really changing anymore? (Or, you can link me to any timeline/progress update type things that you know of, doesn't have to be you.)

I got to thinking about it because I'm 2.5 years on t and was looking at some older photos and realised it had changed for me somewhat, mostly I think in the last year. I know it's different for everybody but I'm curious about it and I'm not turning up much other than really vague stuff. I remember that years ago I saw some guy's photo timeline which went up to 7 years, and there was still a difference between 5 and 7 (though his body looked totally male by 5 already). So I know that the process can last quite awhile.

For anyone curious what 2.5 years has done for me (I know I love before/afters of literally anything hah), here's a photo from a few months before I started t:

And now:

(lol I still have a messy room)

and the difference in clothes:

it's weird, I didn't really notice it had changed at all but it has. I weigh 10-15 pounds more in the recent photos too.

Sorry, I can't give you an actual answer because I'm 5 months on T, not 5 years. I have yet to see any fat distribution. But I would like to say your transformation looks awesome. Such a large change in body shape. It really gives hope for the future, and shows what T can do. You look amazing :)

May I ask when you started to notice a shift in fat? I'm really afraid it won't happen for me because I keep seeing guys mentioning they noticed shifts in the first few months already.

The only thing I noticed in the first 5 months is that the width of my shoulders increased, and my waist measurement increased slightly, I think. But in general the whole thing was extremely gradual, like I said I didn't notice much difference until I compared photos.

Main difference with hips/thighs is from the last year I think...they're a lot less female-shaped now? My torso didn't look at all feminine after 1.5 years or so but the tops of my thighs still looked really feminine. They're less so now although they could still change more, I still have a fair amount of fat around there.

But yeah, certainly wasn't noticing dramatic changes in the first few months. I think body shape is better to compare over years rather than months.

You lost the female hips. Do you still feel the hips like the bone sticking there or does it seem like manly hips now?

I'm not sure what you mean? They don't stick out at the front like they used to, I seem to have muscle around there that I didn't before. But I can feel where my bones are easily enough.

I'm only 2.5 years as well. My fat just started shifting right after my hysto at 2 yrs.
