QuoteToday is the first Sunday in Lent and the theme is Hope. It's also World AIDS Day, and so I started my meditations on Hope with this in mind. It is my fervent Hope that HIV/AIDS will become a thing of the past, and that those persons living with HIV/AIDS will be free of the stigma so wrongly applied to them.

This season of Lent also coincides with my current process of discernment. Hope figures in here, too, as I hope that I am indeed fit for ministry because I'm really feeling called in that direction...
