Dear all,

Survived my first night post-op. I am so happy at the moment, no lump between my legs anymore, but something flat. Jib spent the the night with me, she was very helpful.
The urinary catheter is quite annoying, but otherwise, just feeling great. I'd never have thought this.

Dr Suporn came around this morning and he was so sweet and compassionate.

Hey, it's been a while! How are you doing? Sorry for not replying. I had a lot of stuff going on. Are you doing well?

Hey,

I am doing pretty well, just 14 days post-op, did my first dynamic dilation tonight, one of the inner labia has released a bit (5mm), it is hardly to see but suporn will stitch it before my departure.

Wounds are healing well, no bleedings, sometimes a hypersensate clitoris. Urination direction is still a problem. The staff is fab and very helpfull. I am so glad to have chosen Suporn for my SRS.

Being a vegetarian is here a real struggle in the hotel.

Aren't those girls just awesome??! I love Aey and Jib.... I just saw them a few weeks ago when I had my revision, but I already miss them!
Blessings,

That sounds great!
Yeah urination direction doesn't always work out. It does get better, but it's weird suddenly having no control of where it goes.

Oh, that's true. As a vegetarian you don't have a big selection of stuff you can eat. Have you tried eating at the restaurant with the red chairs by the clinic? It's only open in the evening. They might have something? I honestly don't know.

Aey and Jib are fab! I had this morning the 'dynamic dilation class' which was very disappointing.

Hang in there Laura! I hope you're able to move around a bit and see the other girls at breakfast. That really helped me a lot being able to do that. But I do remember the pain too. Dynamic took me a while to get used to, but some girls switch to it much more easily. You'll be home soon!

How odd...i really liked starting dynamic dilation.. sort of how when you hurt yourself a bit, massaging it can take your mind off it or something? Just leaving it in there was much oogier for me than push-hold-swirl push-hold-swirl....

Today, we've been to the beach house, visited a chinese temple and saw some stobburn monkeys on the road.
It was a nice to have a kind of day off! Getting tired of the hotel and certainly the food. However being back in my hotel room, I realised that even this small trip has exhausted me a lot. Perhaps I should move more instead of posting crappy messages on FB. ;-)

Dynamic dilation is going fine, even with the large dilator. It is more relaxing than the static one.

Moving around is improving but still sore. I try to catch up with some girls at breakfast and dinner but sitting on this tyre-pillow for longer than 30 minutes remains sometimes very painful. I only hope I will be able to cross to the busy road by bridge within a few days so I can try some other restaurants. I am desperately seeking proper and decent food.

Layn

mhm over the bridge i think i mainly ate KFC and Pizza. Oh and Ice Cream! The buffet thing was interesting too, but i was only once there.

Yeeah the beachtrip is cool!
Moving around is definitely good for you, since it gets your circulation going and you get fresh air, but do also listen to your body. Going over the bridge should be fine though.

Today is my 3 year anniversary. Dec. 7, 2010. I felt so much love and positive energy carrying
me through that day.

I miss Chonburi, so many things about my time there. From the smallest to the biggest.

The world just felt so different, so big.  Standing on that bridge looking off into the distance.

Best wishes on your journey.  I wish I was there again.

Gendrkweer, if you don't mind me asking what was the nature of your revision and what was living with it like before you went back? For some reason, that is one of the things I'm concerned about.

No problem, Zoey.. Immediately following surgery, as you may or may not know, things swell a bunch and only go down slowly, as blood vessels and lymph channels rebuild and drain the area. This can take many months, and is common in all cosmetic surgery. So anyway, my inner labia de-swelled lol in four quadrants for some reason, upper left and right, and lower left and right. One quadrant didn't go down at the same rate as the others, due in Dr Suporn's opinion to a circumcision scar (which seemed logical, as I did have scarring from that, which had been done at an older than usual age). Just before I left Chonburi, he took out some material from that quadrant, and I went home (ie one revision). Over the next year, everything went down normally, but that once larger labia quadrant never reduced as much as the other side. So I had a centimeter longer inner labia on one side. I know many cisgirls can have similar problems, but it did affect the appearance, the pee stream, and my confidence, so since I get free revisions, when I wanted to go back to Thailand anyway, I told Sophie I wanted that trimmed down, and they booked it and did it without question. It was done in his office, under local, it took about an hour, and I stayed in Chonburi for 10 days. All in all, easy as can be. They do take care of their patients. You have to usually wait a year for cosmetic revisions just to make sure all swelling has gone away by then, and pay the hotel and flight. However, if you can work a little vacation in first, then the deal ain't so bad...  ;D
Blessings,

D
