Hi girls I have a question for everyone who has had their surgery with Dr Mcginn and was wondering if you've been able to experience any self lubrication since you surgery?  I ask because being able to have at least a little lubrication down there is important to me and right now she is in my top list for when I get my own surgery.

I'd like to know this as she is on the top of my list as well...

Yes. At least in my experience. More than enough for PIV intercourse w/o the need for lubrication. I will say as with many such things, results may vary... but I know of at least one other McGinn patient with similar results.

Dr Bowers did mine and I can self lubricate just fine without any difficulties at all. I have not experianced any time of being dry.
