is there anyone on this forum that goes to the calgary trans meeting at the outlink centre ? just wondering

ya for sure ive been thinking about going to the meeting because i haven't started my RLE yet and i am still in the closet, so i really don't have any friends i can talk to that know what is really going on in my life because im kind of living two lives that cannot intersect, blahhh nevermind im a mess, just run away while you still can lol

ya i would def like to text and trust me i am so excited to chat with someone local also, as much as i love this forum i still kind of feel disconnected a little, i'll pm you my number

Odd that I ended up in this sub-form at this time purely by accidental click .

I try to go as often as possible. We meet on the third Friday and first Sunday of each month. I make most of the Friday groups, but Sunday is tricky for me at times due to work.

Hello I am local and just joined Susan's today. I have been observing for a while here and decided it was time. I am in a similar situation in that I am leading 2 lives and I feel the same loneliness for sure. I have not made the group meeting yet do to travel or family obligations. I am planning on the March hopefully. Have you attended the meetings since your post?

yep, i was all shy the first couple minutes but after a while i felt comfortable telling others that i was trans, i just turned into an open book
