Did the train always smell like this in the morning!? I know you are supposed to be more sensitive to body odors, but this is ridiculous! :o

Guys who do not shower in the morning just smell. However, there are some musky scents that are pleasant.

It's insane how your sense of smell intensifies. The worst are smokers, especially riding in the car ahead of you!

I'm not out at work, but I only use the women's restroom there because the smell in the guy's restroom makes me want to gag.  Nobody say's a thing ;D

Yes, it really is lovely to have such a sensitive olfactory sensibility.  Smells are interpreted in some of the more primitive areas of our brain and we may be unaware of how smells influence our feelings.  The rich and musky smells and odors of love are delicious and, for me, now enhanced on HRT.  I love how people smell and hot sweaty bodies are the bomb!  Far better to me than an over dose of perfume or cologne.  Breath deep!

I am loving many of the scents I am encountering. Lady Grey tea has a floral aroma!

Unfortunately, some of my favorite urban areas are now overpowering stink zones, and a room full of men makes me want to turn around and leave...

...and of course I have to realize the last one waiting for my psych appointment...

The weird (and very first effect) thing I experienced very shortly after starting hrt was the taste of the estro in my mouth at times during the day hours after I had taken it. This lasted about a month and then never came back but dam that was strange.

Had a reasonably good sense of smell to begin with but it sure did amp up initially. Don't know if it's dropped back or if I'm just used to it now.

My nose never worked well, not that I'm complaining.
Too many KFC's around which stink horribly to the point of gagging even with my dumbed down sense of smell.

I think my sense of smell has perked up a bit, but I hope it gets even better over time. It was never very good. :/ And I'm sure smoking for 8 years didn't help any.

A full room of my innermost circle cis male friends staring at my cleanly epilated silky smooth legs.

Just by looking at their eyes checking me out I can see the range of emotions going through their heads, and it's wonderful to witness their preconceived notions about gender and the intersection of their own sexuality towards a trans person kind of "give in" to what they find attractive regardless of my birth gender.

Times, they are a-changing :)

And on that note, I would definitely fancy becoming intimate with a few of them ;) A year ago prior to HRT, the thought almost repulsed me.

Pickle cravings!
I have always loved sour things, so this hasn't been an issue yet... but... really?!

On food, I can no longer eat red meat, I use to love a juicy steak. I now crave sea food and Thai, Mexican, Indian. My taste buds have changed!

Today I realised that there are lots of fabulous and stylish ladies out there. I never noticed them before, probably due to being so stressed out before starting E. It has really relaxed me and allowed me to open my eyes.
So long and thanks for all the fish

Jane's Sweet Refrain

My funny thing is actually sweet. My ex-wife always spoke of how much she loved the smell of my five-year-old's son's hair. Before hrt, I thought his hair, well, stunk. Now, it's my nose magnet. And at least once a week, while he is going to sleep, I lie next to him breathing in the sweet aroma of his hair and scalp. Best aroma therapy there is.

Maybe that's what's happening to me . There's always been certain perfumes I could really not understand why in the world a woman would think they smelled good enough to wear. I've been on HRT for more than 2 months and those same perfumes are bringing me to the point of leaving the room.
