After the talk last night with JoAnn there's one month left to somehow sell or give away tons of stuff I collected over 35 years of marriage.  There's a house on the edge of the Sacramento Valley, and a cabin in Tahoe that I got with inheritance after my mother died.  And then there's the family home in Michigan that we use as our vacation home, but maybe I'll find a way to keep that one. 

This was expected, but ...
