No employer or perspective employer has cared about me being trans since I stopped making it an issue. Last year, I outed myself during the interview process a couple of times before I went full time and that I do think was unwise and lead to me not getting some jobs.
This year, I've held three positions (place I was at in the beginning closed, second job got me away from web development, and my current job). Had a bunch of interviews too and not one place did I experience discrimination on the front of getting the job. Job two, there was insurance discrimination there. They screwed everybody who didn't have a traditional family with their benefits. Back to employment, from liberal contracting to very conservative institutions, all they cared about was could I do the job.
The lesson I took from my experience is thinking like this...

So I guess Iam wondering if there are any companies that are pro transgender...
...is poison. We gotta go into places with trust in our hearts that things will be ok. If we don't or if we carry being trans as a burden, the employers seem to be able to readily pick up on that and then there is a problem that'll keep you from getting hired.
I do some work for a game store too (magic the gathering, Pokemon, Catan, Pathfinder. No video games). Visible position cause I'm decorating convention rooms, photographing cosplay chess, and working with the rest of the store convention staff to get important things done. Like lunch! Ok, I should admit I've got an in at this place cause of my SO. Still from working there, I can attest that the only real thing that store wants in an employee is someone who displays common sense. They do not care I am trans cause they know I'll work and do a good job.
