I'm not THAT bad!  I will fly a flag on the 4th and even play a concert!  I think that I'm more patriotic than most.  I actually study the politics and try to understand the important issues so that when I vote, I'm just not voting for a pretty face.  I NEVER vote on simple slogans.  Whenever the national anthem is played, I will put my hand over my heart and sing every word of the song.  I even know the second verse!

I used to be a lot more patriotic than I am now, but this Nationalistic fervor is starting to look like fascism to me. It's kind of embarrassing being American with how our government is acting. It certainly is not the will of the American People. This is not how we want to thought of and it's not how we want to treat the world. It's how George Bush and the Elite rich want to and unfortunately, they are in control right now and don't seem to care about public opinion.

29% American - not bad considering I'm English. But I'd love to visit the U.S. and would do so except...[hides face]....I'm scared to get on a plane! So I'll have to save up until I can afford a return passage on Queen Mary 2.

I can see the US from my balcony, if I squint I can even make out Americans, it's funny to think that a societies culture can change so greatly just by traveling a few hundred metres.

Well I'm not American  , I'm a weak-kneed, ->-bleeped-<-got, pinko, liberal / socialist / communist, environmentalist, terrorist apologist, un-christian, limey    ... aren't I !

I really did answer the questions absolutely honestly ....

Got me thinking why Carter was a way better president than Clinton ... Camp David, SALT, oil / energy policy, human rights as a key pivot of US foreign policy ....

Did I maybe get my "points" for getting 3 American states beginning with "W" (Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming) ?

Do I have to sit this test if I want to get through (not "thru"  !) US immigration for a NY or SF holiday ... cause' I'll have to start swotting up right now !
