Just a little encouragement here: I started at nearly 200 2 years ago at a height of 5'10, now im down to just under 130. You can get there, but dont rush it, for love of yourself, never rush it.

Result of my medical check up was delivered yesterday.

Height 184 cm (6 feet)
Weight 67 kg (147 lbs)
Waist 71 cm (28 inch)
BWI 19.8

My waist size is always overestimated by female nurses who even sometimes measure my girth as up to 31 inch.

My goal is 65 kg (143 lbs). As I have had caught a cold for more than 1 month, I have not been able to exercise frequently and it reached 67 kg. And, nowadays, it rains or snows, bad for outdoor exercise. I will start again when the rainy snow stops.

Snow stopped, and I ran about 10 km (about 6 miles) tonight.

Today's decrease by exercise is 716 calories = 0.19 kg = 0.41 lbs.
Usually I am supposed to eat more after exercise.
