So basically I live alone and with my job. I don't do a whole lot of talking. When I went fulltime december 2012 my voice was good but as time goes on it seems my voice is getting deeper. Not like it use to be but it feels like its going that way. I get sirred all the time on the phone.

I can easily talk feminine and high falsetto range etc. But it seems like I have to really try to even keep it in the 200 range.

I don't know why its happening but I feel like I have to practice my voice all over again to be able to talk in the spot I use to have it.

Since you do not do a lot of talking, it sounds like a simple case of use it or lose it. Just keep practicing.  :)
