Jayne said it, you'll have to take it up with him and his cunning hat. I've had horse meat by the way, there's a restaurant I visited in Japan and that's their main ingredient. It was kind of like beef but chewier. Also had Kanagroo once, it was pretty good.

I've tried good ol' North American bushmeats: venison, rabbit, moose, and bear. Nothing more exotic, tho. 

I tried alligator once. It was like chicken but not quite entirely unlike chicken, too. If that makes any sense. Always wanted to try bear and moose, maybe one day...
