Hello.
After a few years, i've finally had the courage to see a psychologist and tell my doctor about my questioning. It's fine, but they said i should see a psychiatrist to investigate and help. I'm really scared, because, it's becoming "Real". I want to see a good one, who have some expercience with this kind of problematic. Not someone who give me what i want or simply a bad one. I really want to be sure before starting all of this. (and here, you need a paper from him telling you're "legit" if you want to start transitioning/therapy).
My GP give me a few numbers but they don't respond. I have to find one by myself. But i don't know where to search and how to choose.
I live in Angers, France if this can help.

Pour mon problème, je pense juste utiliser l'annuaire :/
J'ai déjà un psychologue qui a suivi des personnes trans et qui est plutôt ouvert. Donc ce coté là ça va. Le coté médical du psychiatre me fait un peu plus peur déjà .
