Anyone else get it? How do you get rid of it? It seems like I'm always having to clean it out from under my nails.

You just need to avoid gunky stuff! In fact, avoid touching anything!

They look good, but long fingernails, even marginally long, are very unhygienic, collecting all sorts of dirt, bacteria and gunk. Cleaning them regularly and thoroughly is in fact essential.

Manicurist's pick, nail brush and soap are your friends.

And don't work on cars.  You'll never get them clean enough.
