Speaking of drastic... there are some Beverly Hills options.  There's the "Cinderella procedure" where a surgeon shaves down the sides of the bones in your foot.  It's also possible to have your little toe removed to better fit into heels.

OMG, people would actually do that on purpose?  My littlest piggies are NEVER going to market. EVER.  OK, unless I get 20% off my pedicures for life maybe, but NOOOO. (That's OK, little piggies, nice little piggies...)

And these same people probably think I'm a freak for what I want to have done...

It is always the recommendation of this site that all your medications be overseen by a medical professional.  There are too many things that can go wrong if you are not properly supervised.

hmmm like what? i'd like to know about this...is there any thread with some info about health side-effects,etc? ???

Shoes that used to fit me flop around on my feet. Shoes that were a bit too tight before now fit properly. I used to wear women's size 10 but I'm fitting into more 9's lately. Some shrinkage has definitely gone on with my feet.

As far as my hands go, I always thought they were guy hands with short fat fingers. Lately they are looking a bit more femme - the fingers have gotten skinnier or something.

I have lost about 10-15 lbs so maybe that has something to do with it.

In my case both my hands and feet got smaller. But I attribute that to loosing weight - about 120 pounds over 3 years. My feet are now size 8. If you have fat fingers wearing your nails long puts them into proportion. It takes practice though not to break them and maintenance.

Even when I'm in boy mode with no nail polish and trimmed nails my fingers look more femme to me now.

That's true. Like i said before the only accurate way to shrink your feet is this. But once you go thin i can't figure any other way. It happened to me too. I've lost a little bit over 100 pounds, and i went from 43-44 EU to 41 (that's 7.5 in US if i'm not worng in male shoes)

I used to dream about this all the time, I tried searching online and such a surgery like this does not exist. There are limited effects with hormones but that is usually attributed to weight-loss, not actually shrinking bone structure in your hands. I say embrace it, my hands are larger therefore my middle finger is longer so as to use it on disrespectful bigots

Ok my hands are not THAT large, but i wish they were a little bit smaller,so forget about this. My biggest problem is body and facial hair. Laser waxing is kinda expensive and it needs many sessions to eliminate all hair from your body, plus there are many doctors who won't apply waxing in facial hair. >:(

It gets really annoying to have to shave every 2 days,i wish at least my facial hair would grow slower
