I was wondering if anyone would share me their inject plan. For example:
Month 1 : 1/5 dose
Month 2 : 1/3 dose
Month 3 : 2/5 does
And so on.
I'm living in Vietnam. That tiny country where transgender doctors are illegal, no insurance for transgenders, no blood test,..
Im using sustanon

Edited for dosage

We can't help you with do-it-yourself stuff, especially dosages. It's against the rules. What works for one person can harm another.

Is there any reason you can't leave Vietnam? go to a friendlier place.

We can't legally give you that kind of advice as far as I know. I will advise that you don't mess with your doses though. 1/5, then 1/3, then 2/5, etc. Changing things up all the time is not a good idea. Only telling you that so you don't wreck your body. You need to go elsewhere for the information you need; it's against our rules.

Joshietran, as people are saying, we cannot give you advice about dosage. We also cannot promote self-medicating (that is, the use of hormones without a doctor's supervision). I'm sorry, but those are the site rules. Is there any possibility at all that you can find a doctor to help you out?

OK, my heart really goes out to you right now but as the other guys have said we can't discuss dosage or promote self-medication. the reasons for this is that self-medication can cause serious health consequences, even if done "right."

But you are doing this anyway so I am going to step in with the harm reduction (I am trying my best to stay within the rules of the site). Be conservative with your dosage. Don't take any more risks than you are already taking, even if that means the changes will happen more slowly than someone on a monitored plan.

Are you sure there is no way you can get blood tests done? Say you are experiencing masculinisation (which you are) and they will test your blood and you will get your testosterone levels back and they will tell you if everything else is healthy (one main concern is your liver, as testosterone therapy can cause very serious problems in some cases). This is one way of getting actual medical support, even if it is not ideal it is still better than nothing. In many western nations someone who abuses recreational drugs can have be open about their drug use with a doctor, is that possible in Vietnam (your doctor not prescribing the medication but still monitoring your condition)?

That may be possible. But when I say Im transgender then te doctor would look at me like Im some kin of monster or something. And If I want to have my testosterone levels tested, what kind of doctors should I have an appointment with?

And thank you  ;D Im kinda stuck right now so i really need someone to talk to.

A doctor who deals with hormones is an endocrinologist, but usually you have to see a regular doctor and get a referral to one. Other than that, only some good research (and trial and error if it comes to it) will give you the answers you want, I really can't help you on that because I am not antiquated with the Vietnamese healthcare system. However, a good doctor anywhere in the world should act professionally and not deny you care, even if they personally disagree with what you are doing.

Hey Joshie, I don't how it works where you live but a gyno should be able to test your T levels. I couldn't find an endo for a long time so I went to a gyno to do the bloodwork. I don't think you have to say you're trans if you don't want to, just say things that makes your doc think your T levels are high (you're getting hairy, not regular periods). I did this once and never went back to the doc xD Like others said it would be the best to find someone you can be honest with. Sadly I have a few experiences in this, I don't know how many posts you have to reach to send PM's but if you'd like to, you can send me a message.
If you want to achieve greatness, stop asking for permission.

Thank you guys, I really appreciated it. I'll try my best to see if I can get my blood tested, even if I have to deal with those looks  :D never thought that you guys would be so open thanksss!

Oh, you can definitely talk to us. I hope we can give you the support you need.

I don't know of anyone else from Vietnam on this site, but you might put up a post with a subject line reading "Anyone from Vietnam?" in the general transsexual forums (so that MTFs see it as well) and see what happens. You might find someone else who has found a trans-friendly doctor.

I don't know what to tell you. It sounds like you are in a very tough spot. Is there any chance you can relocate? Moving to a whole new country is a huge leap, but that might be the only way you can be completely free to be yourself.

Whatever you do, keep coming back here. We fight sometimes and misunderstand each other every once in a while, but we're kind of like a big family, too. We like to help each other out.
