How bad is the tooth? Mine are frankly horrible hence I do not do toothy smiles although I grew up thinking that toothy smiles seem fake or forced so I guess it is just ingrained in me.

Why is it so hot? 40 degrees Celsius today.

Some of mine are chipped missing parts or broken, price of bad drinking habits(not alcohol) and wrestling(well training anyway) I had about two matches which were in house, trainers and trainees only.

Filling came out of this one. It's been broken for decades.
