Has anyone tried this before? I purchased a groupon for 8 sessions a couple weeks ago and my first one is coming up saturday so was just wondering if anyone has tried it and what kind of results. If no one has I'll be sure to let people know how it goes. I'm starting with a nice keg and love handles, hope to melt some off.

I'm totally curious to see how it goes.   I'm trying to do it the old fashioned way with a strict diet and lots of cardio.  I hope my year of HRT makes a difference as to where the extra weight gets lost from.
