What was your transition from male to female like,how does it feel to wear a bra, or a dress it the right body.

Well I'm so very early into transition I haven't started HRT yet.
However I think I can still give a realivent answer.

It just feels right... it makes me happy.
I've been wearing what is essentially a 44" training bra and love it... It just makes me happy, as does my night gown, etc.
Like I said it just feels right, I remember the night I came out to my friends... how tense and concerned I was...

By the end of the night one of them had me fully dressed in her clothes, wearing make up, and doing my nails. I loved every second of it and I didn't want to go home later that day..
Since coming out I am part time, unless I'm driving around in public... I'm fully dressed and happy.

Yeah, me too. I'm sooooo happy this way. I'm full time now. I'm on spiro, but not yet on estrogen. Every time I look in the mirror, I'm happy. Every time somebody calls me by my girl name, or she, or miss, it makes me happy. It took a leap of faith to realize that I really do identify as female. I present this way all the time. I skate this way. Once my nipples started to develop, and I got excited about it, that's when I knew I was on the right path.

The stars have finally aligned correctly for me! 
That's the way I feel!

I have to agree with Sarah Rose in every essence in what she says that it just makes me so happy to finally be me and to be wearing my 49C bra all the time  and it fits and feels so comfortable on me and the clothes and the makeup and when people us the correct pronouns it just all sounds so perfect to my ears. 

It just felt right.

It was far from certain I was doing the right thing. I gave up a marriage and risked a job I'd had for 12 years.

In the end it worked out wonderfully. I now understand a lot of the reasons why I had trouble relating to the world. It's very natural now. I wish I had done this a long time ago.

Don't really like wearing a bra. Makes me itch.

It's been wonderful!  Cis-people tend to think that we are playing dress-up.  But, for the first time in my life, I am not.

The early stage feels awkward, because you have so many things to learn.  But once you get past it, you are just getting ready for the day.  It is heavenly!

Bras?   I don't mind wearing them.  But shopping for them?  Yikes!!!  Finding a bra that fits correctly and that matches your various tops is a major undertaking! 

I find total agreement with the previous posts.  Sure it was fearful and awkward getting started.  Bras don't readily come in my size, 40 A.  After some intensive therapy I "had to come out" full time well before HRT.  There are so many important hurdles and milestones along the way but I maintain the big change is self acceptance.  I did feel right, happy, calm and mostly euphoric the first 6 months on HRT.  Some of the concerns about passing and presentation require time and experience to learn and become more confident.  After my first year some of the thrill and novelty are giving way to just being a girl who may yet feel like a woman.  Transition means different things to some of us and for me it still has an undefined landing zone.  I am very comfortable with the journey and with no rigid binary goals have allowed myself room to grow.
