You're not a monster.  At least you had the decency and respect for that person to actually tell them and break it off.  I've been in relationships where the girl couldn't even give me that and just left with no warning.  That's monsterish in my opinion. 



My bed frame has split again.  I'm officially the leaning tower of Malachite.

Bed frame split again? Possibly it is time to man up and either repair the bed frame or replace it?

My mother said she would try to get it repace when she can get more money.  In the meantime I'll try to find some things to help prop up the bed.

Once upon a time I made a bed frame out of a bunch of thrown out milk crates. You can make your own  out of almost anything. find whatever isn't needed elsewhere and figure out how to put it together. It will be a fun learning experience.
