I just thought I'd share some love in the form of the Dalai Lama and happiness...So I hope you can put it into practice and enjoy the results.... ;D BTW the "profound language" is just the Dalai Lama talking about what we all do.....Farting-passing wind-flatulence etc....(at times it's better out than in)... ;) ;D
