So I'm at the two week mark of low dose E and spiro, and I'm experiencing some muscle soreness in my arms and legs. I was wondering if this was normal.
I'm guessing that my T levels are dropping and my muscles might be atrophying as a result, which could explain the soreness, I guess? Is that something that might start this soon?

hhhhm Im 23 days sometimes my muscles would kinda only slightly hurt when Id do something with them...not when I dont do anything that involes muscle work...

anyway check your strentgh...for example I dunno if its to early but I definately feel like ive lost some of my power...like I was on the elevator and tried to open the door like I usually did and I noticed I couldnt and had to add some extra power...

I dunno...

I have gone through periods of muscle soreness and joint pain on HRT.  Is that normal? I dunno, I only have a sample size of one so I can't say. Both the soreness and the joint pain eventually subsided.

My latest issue is with muscle cramps, especially with my toes/feet.

Yes my muscle where sore and ached badly at about two weeks into e and it's gradually dissipated.
Now at 3 months and feeling much better. :)
I also got bad headaches as the E soaked in.

I have definitely noticed  lack of strength, especially six months in or so...what was once 20 pounds now  like fifty-but the only muscle soreness I have ever gotten was during those times, like carrying milk, dog food bags in to the fur baby, etc etc.  I do notice a little flab where arm muscles once were a bit more defined...but not much atrophy thay asside upper body strength wise other then forearms got  tad more feminine as well as hands.

I'm at 11 days on estradiol, and I've been getting the same thing. In fact I have it right now in my upper arms. I don't know what is causing it, but I'm assuming it's just normal :)

More likely it is electrolyte depletion from the spiro, a diuretic.  Try drinking a little Gatorade and see if that helps.

If you are exercising a lot, it could also be lactic acid build up in your muscles.
