That depends on your definition of femme. I believe that you can experience femme without necessarily being outwardly femme all the time. I know that some here disagree with that but given the forum that you have posted in  I think it possible. It is really a case of each to his or her own for me.

As to family one of the sacrifices that I make for my family is to keep my femme side prettty much to myself. I can live with that but again some cannot.

If I continue and go forth with transition, I know that I will lose my entire family and that is something that I am willing on sacrificing for my own peace of mind right now. I know that if I go on living like I am, it will only drive me closer to the edge of insanity! My first therapist had discussed this with me, and he had refered to this as 'consequences'. And I'm willing on risking everything.

I just cant settle for being male anymore and only being able to be feminie a few hours every other day and even thats not enough.

Its making me sad not being able to be fem and im seriously considering
the op and hrt the risks im willing to take them if it means it means that i can be happy.

i just cant handle not being able to be the girl that i want to be.

i just hope i dont lose my family if i go through with it all

im going to wait untill iv propely thought it through and talked with my counciler too and if i can my parents.

I've stop trying to be what other people think I should be.
Now I femme 24-7. It's not what I wear or how I look.
It's really who I am inside. Anything else is just cosmetic and not fulfilling for very long.

I want to be fem 24/7 i got alot of things to sort out so i can be fem 24/7 but i know i will do it.

I choose to be true to myself...no mater the price. I came out to everyone I know 10 yrs ago and my life is much better now. Yes I lost friends and my family is only kinda accepting, but at least I'm now living honestly. BTW, I now live about %80 enfemme.
