Reference Needed - Alternatives to Address Dysphoria
January 24, 2014, 08:43:55 AM
Everyone here has been very helpful in identifying alternative ways to address dysphoria. I have been searching the discussion boards for ways to apply least invasive remedies to address dysphoria first and then increasing changes until dysphoria is tolerable. Is there a website or reference that provides a comprehensive list of steps from least invasive to most invasive? I would think that gender clinics have a protocol that describe these steps. Maybe treatments are so variable that such a list is not practical. Any input would be appreciated.

While there are always some commonalities, everyone's journey is different, with different steps taken..
I transitioned to deal with my dysphoria, but I've only done HRT and a little hair removal - surgeries are not on my list..
