How would one encourage kids to be gay? Say that it's ok if they are? Why is that a bad thing?

I think it's more because of the crudeness than anything concerning Spongebob.  I admit some stuff goes over the top, but a lot of it is really funny.

He's bummed that he can't play GTA V, so he's playing Saints Row 2 since it's technically not GTA V.  That way, when his mother asks, he won't be lying.  We are so sneaky.

The older episodes have more crudeness I guess you could say. The newer ones seem a lot more "kid-friendly" I guess.

You think so?  I thought it was kind of reversed.

Remember the old episode where Spongebob and Patrick turn invisible and then when it wears off they're naked in front of everyone? Or the episode when they learn all the swear words? Or the one where they go on the 'Panty raid'?

The older episodes were a lot more crude but I think the older ones are better. They were a lot funnier than the new ones.

My aunt and uncle are a little overprotective of their boys but they've always let them watch Spongebob, despite the crudeness that pops up now and again.

That reminds me of when I was 15 and my teacher (who I had a humongo crush on) recommended "The Lovely Bones" to me. I was so excited to read it and talk to her about it.  :embarrassed: My aunt heard about this and told my mom to not let me read the book and to take it away if I had it. Because it wasn't something I could read until 18 because of the rape. I was so sad because the teacher really wanted me to read it. Augh. Although it was far from the reality, I felt so cock-blocked lol.

Ah, yes I can see how those episodes could be seen as perverted.  I was thinking of the one semi-later episode where Spongebob gets a splinter and then gets garbage all over it and then his finger swells and blows up.  That was a bit crude to me and seemed to be more of a shock factor.  I do admit that I think the older Spongebob episodes were the best though.

Or this one later episode where the Flying Dutchman tries to scare Spongebob is pretty frightening to children in this one scene. And the one where Patrick says he never washes his hands or bathes is pretty gross. The crudeness still pops up in the newer ones I've noticed.

Here's a video of subliminal messages in the show:

Many people never understood why my kids weren't allowed to watch the Smurfs either. I had a valid reason. I liked Thundercats but limited viewing of that also.

My unhappy is .... bureaucratic red tape regarding money owed to me but under my old name; and now even with mailing in my court name change papers certified, they need additional documents including a certified copy of my name change which they acknowledge they received.

GGRRRRR!

Sick as a dog.
Had awful nights sleep and spend most of the day failing to sleep. :(

If I feel as bad, no work tomorrow. Have lots to do at work so it will put me behind.
So long and thanks for all the fish

One of those days were I can only see a man in me.

Also, when is the weather going to improve? I'd like to go out, but it has not stopped raining in more than a month.
