It actually WAS the worst part of the recovery process. I had irritation that felt like burning and itching and it was awful. I was much more uncomfortable than right after surgery. I suppose I knew that right after surgery was going to be rough. Got a little better after I had used the neosporin for a few days. At least took the edge off.

Got some band aids but I think there is vaseline still on my skin as they not sticking good. Best way to get it off and avoid nipple rubbing?

Hmmm, not sure why it wouldn't come off with just using your soapy hand rubbing across the areola/chest area gently under the water.
