OK as some of you may know I emailed the therapist of my choice yesterday. The impatient me had not heard from her so I just called her. And to my absolute surprise I left a message instead of hanging up. And I hang up 99% of the time even when calling my regular doctor. At least the first time. OMG OMG OMG
