I'm 21 years old and male. I want to stay male but improve my aesthetics. I've had my brow bossing burred down before and I'm scheduled for having it reconstructed. Will reconstruction make me look better or worse?

I want to achieve something similar to this

I would concur with reconstruction because the sinus cavity is large (thin bone) so burring down bone or filling in the forehead isn't an option (latter because of the slope of the head would be undesired).
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

Thanks. I don't want to look like a woman though. I want to feminise it as much as I can without looking like a woman. Do you think that's possible with reconstruction?

If you want to remain man and have feminine looks, I think your forehead looks totally okay. You need temporal brow lift and a nose job and perhaps cantopexy and chick implants to be a really good looking guy with feminine looks. I recommend Dr. Mayer to you.
On top of it all if you fix your nose with a radix implant, then your forehead will look more flat and you will get a perfect nose as well. I know that Dr Mayer does this kind of procedures with great success

Thanks for the advice. I think my forehead is really big and I do plan on getting rhinoplasty after I fix my forehead. I think my forehead sticks out so much and I want to feminise it more but I'm scared I might overdo it. It used to be much worse than it is until I got it burred down and I like the result but I want more.

you will get more visually with a radix implant without opening the sinus

In my amateur eyes, the frontal bone already looks very thin. Your options are reconstruction or fill the forehead. In asia they do a lot of forehead fill procedure. You might want do photoshop simulation to determine whether you like it or not. Anybody know whether the soft tissue in front of the frontal bone can be reduced ? This could work too. I think even if the surgeon make the forehead female like, as long as everything else is stay the same, you would still pass as male. Lots of FTM still pass as male even though they didn't do brow bone augmentation procedure. You can try order virtualffs service.

Thank you for your advice. I am beginning to research those things now. What would I look like if I got forehead reconstruction plus all those things?

Similar to the woman you showed just still being a man. I would not recommend reconstruction. With tissue transfer you can get better results.

Okay. If i had reconstruction, would I still need the radix implant? And how far back should the brow be reconstructed while still looking male?

I think you should talk about that to a doctor. IMO your brow looks good to me but it is your own face so you must decide
