It's hard to say, it depends on your hormone levels before HRT and your sensitivity to E/T

In the end it is mostly about how masculinized your bone structure (and also skin texture) is though.
The major markers of that are midface length, jaw width, shoulder width, rib cage size, long bone length (like your legs for example).
Like, if you have really short legs for your height, you probably have a not very masculine bone structure. Or if you have a small jaw and dental crowding. Stuff like that is a pretty good sign!
Personally I passed fine before HRT though I looked more cis after it. It still always helps.
