Hi all,  I've been quiet around here for a bit and thought I'de give an update.  I was away, partly from depression though thank goodness I'm about over that.  Plus work last month was totally insane.   I'm also going to buy a sailboat.  I lived on a boat for 3 years in florida before moving to the left coast in jan. I still love being on the water.  I plan on living aboard too.  Plus I've might already have one buddy at the marina I'm moving too, so that does not hurt.

Oh, I went on a date last friday, but other then it being a date it was nothing special.  I thought I would never find my way out of San Francisco. 

I'm off to the SS office tomorrow to face the SS office trolls again, though I have my official court order name change in hand.  PLus I've got to talk to the DMV.  Having a problem with them as my drivers license is new name and gender and bike registration is in old name.  It's an insurance problem.  Oh well.

  Had my hair done yesterday, I have the best hairdresser, she knows I'm TS,  Ha she saw me in guy mode the first time, way back in Feburary.  Oh and I'm walking 35-40 miles a week.  This girl is on a mission to loose weight.

So same old borning self.

I'm glad to see you back Beni.  Good luck with the SSA tomorrow hon.   If you have everything in order, you shouldn't encounter any problems with the DMV either; they seem to be more polite and eager to work these days....

The California DMV was kind enough to give me a license months ago with the correct name and gender.  The SS office was fine today.  But at least now my SS card and drivers license will match.  Plus I need to get a passport.  All in all no complaints.

Walking 35 to 40 miles a week is pretty impressive. Good for you Beni.
