My first letter is just fine and dandy, but my problem is the second letter.

No one with a PHd accepts my insurance... and I wanna try to get a grant for the surgery, but that requires you already have both letters as far as I know. What's a good solution for this problem. It also doesn't help that I live in the bible belt so getting someone who WOULD write my second letter even if I had the insurance would be difficult in itself.

Try your local University. Mine is at Oklahoma State University. they are PhDs and can write letters, etc. They use a sliding scale and my therapist is only $10.00 a session. If your University has a Psychology department you are good to go. They are up on all the latest changes to the WPATH SoCs as well. Try them for a letter.
