do you see a gyno regularly? I would make an appointment to be checked out, and if you do indeed have an infection they can give you a script to kill it. usually it a 1 pill kill type of script.

I have to agree with Calico.

I have had instructions for post-op douches but they are used early in the aftercare process. I stopped douches 2 months after surgery.

I always used a betadine and water mix 1x a day in this 2 month time.

I was also told not to use OTC yeast infection cures until you are cleared so by your PCP or OB/GYN. These OTC are very stong and not recomended for a newish Vajayjay.

Wish you luck, there so many things that can cause smells and a doctor can do a culture and help.

I agree with the others that it is time for you to see an Ob/Gyn if the smell is bothering you or you have other issues.  I had a very real yeast infection that made dilation miserable at about 2 weeks Post and got the pill that Calico is referring to.  I did get instructions from my doctor on how to use OTC stuff based on what she SAW was the condition of my vagina and its healing.  I never had instructions to douche and as a result, did not.
I refuse to have a war of wits with a half armed opponent!!

Wiser now about Post Op reality!!
