My wife has somewhat accepted the idea of me feminizing my body, but she is a very traditional heterosexual woman inside the bedroom. She has told me in almost so many words that she can shut her eyes and pretend that she is with somebody that looks more like Brad Pitt than Angelina Jolie, as long as the male equipment does it's thing. I used to be pretty reliable in that department, but in recent years, that has slowed down considerably. As I now begin HRT, I am have no doubt that my penetrating days are numbered. Frankly, even in my most lustful male moments, I found the act rather emotionally unrewarding, and have no doubt that with a little rearrangement of my chemistry, it will cease to have any gratification for me. But I do love my wife, and I would love to continue to please her for as a long as I can. I am wondering if anybody has had experience with using Viagra, or any other male performance enhancers on HRT.

Thanks,

April

I'm not married never have been and have no plans to so I'm probably not the one to get information from. That disclaimer being said I t seems you could be setting your body up for some pretty severe conflict. I'm not a doctor I'm just taking  a wild guess.

I've used Cialis without issue, admittedly only the once, as I discovered that it all worked 'normally' after the first time. That said, being in the right 'frame of mind' sure helps.

A very wild guess.. What would be the conflict?

I know a few who used Viagra with success and I know a few who just went on DHT blockers and could still use it when they wanted to. Iirc YouTube user "->-bleeped-<-girl15" had a pretty informative video about this subject since she didn't plan on having srs but still wanted to be active in the bedroom with her girlfriend. I would check her channel out and see what she says about it.
15 years on Susans, where has all the time gone?

My lack of know of how Viagra works. I just looked it up I guess it works for anti depressants .The inhibitors used are different so I guess if you want to do HRT it won't matter just another guess. I should of gone to medical school

I'm in a similar position to you with my partner April. 9 Months Hrt, Erections are non-existent but Viagra does do the trick for maintaining that element of our relationship :)

I got a prescription for the magic boner pills when I went on HRT last year, but I have yet to take one.  My desire to have PIV sex went out the window ages ago, and I'm really good with that.  I never want another erection as long as I live.  My wife never got off on PIV sex anyway and doesn't seem to miss it.

A year and some change (Well maybe a couple pennies) on HRT..

Still functioning just fine. Although usually it takes work. Interstingly I do have a few spontaneous moments.. BUT keep in mind my body has.. resisted dropping testosterone like.. crazy. Even after a year we only reduced my levels to half~ It'll probably take yet another three months until Im sub-male levels.

I had an orchiectomy back in 2001, my spouse was fine with at the time because she wasn't into sexual penetration due to menopause bringing own her own lack of libido. So my own libido flatlined for several years. Later she went on bio-identical HRT to offset her hot flashes but suddenly became hotter than a three dollar pistol and wanted me back again. After having a huge oh ->-bleeped-<- moment I opted to begin using a tiny amount of T cream .02ml just underneath where the prostate is located since I didn't have any gonads. The penis had atrophied to the size of a six year old but the T cream eventually brought it back to normal though it wasn't enough to interfere with my feminizing HRT. It is exacerbating my MPB problem, but wtf I'll get a wig like everyone else! Meanwhile I got some 100mg Viagra pills and take a half pill on date mornings. My spouse is one happy lady and interestingly I can easily outlast that multi-orgasmic little fox like never before. One interesting side effect that I have noticed is that since it is a vasodilator I think it's increased the blood flow during use in my breast tissue which is beneficial. I am quite a bit older at 70 than most who have given up long ago and can attest that it does indeed work just fine.
