I recently saw a plastic surgeon about hip augmentation, and he said I didn't have enough fat to make it work.  :(
"There was a sculptor, and he found this stone, a special stone. He dragged it home and he worked on it for months, until he finally finished. When he was ready he showed it to his friends and they said he had created a great statue. And the sculptor said he hadn't created anything, the statue was always there, he just cleared away the small peices." Rambo III

You don't want implants?

I think I don't have enough fat too for lipofilling. Only some on my belly, but I doubt that it's enough.

After I get my FFS sometime this year or early next year, I might consider implants. I thought some kind of fat transfer would be safer, but I'll do some research. Thanks for the idea!

I had butt implants and fat transfer to my hips. I was told that hip implants impact range of motion so I decided against it. The fat transfer works but it depends on your physical condition. Unfortunately if you are thin and do not hold your fat reserves, then they burn off. Cant hurt to do it as either it takes or it doesnt and if youre having Lipo then why not.
